MR. BRENT

Built in 1980, by Herbert Iron Works Incorporated of LaRose, Louisiana (hull #4) as the Tracy Mark for Inland Marine Services Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana.

In 1980, Inland Marine Services Incorporated renamed the tug as the Mr. Brent.

In 2005, she was acquired by the Delta Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Delta Quail.

In 2011, the tug was acquired by Crosby Marine Transportation of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2012, she was acquired by Crown Point Holdings Incorporated of Marrero, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Bennett Lee.

In 2012, the tug went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown.

She was powered by two, GM V892 diesel engines. With GM 514 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.0:1. Turning two, 56(in) by 40(in) stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She was a twin screw tug, rated at 900 horsepower.

Her electrical service was provided by two, 20kW, generator sets. Driven by two, GM 271 diesel engines. The tug's capacities were 5,000 gallons of fuel, 3,000 gallons of potable water, and 65 gallons of lube oil.
