PENN NO. 5

Built in 1944, by Decatur Iron & Steel Company of Decatur, Alabama (hull #DPC 50) for the United States Army as the DPC 50 .

She was sold in the 1940's and was renamed as the Margaret Kehoe .

The tug was acquired by Penn Maritime where she was renamed as the Penn No. 5 .

She was then acquired by the Morania Oil Tanker Corporation where she was renamed as the Morania No. 5 .

The tug was later sold and renamed as the Linda , then as the Capt. J. P .

She was scrapped in the 1980's.
