BILL ENDTER

Built in 1951, by Levingston Shipbuilding Incorporated (hull #471) as the Bill Endter for the Morania Oil Tanker Corporation of Staten Island, New York.

The tug was named for Bill Endter, president of the California Oil Company of New York, New York. Which was a subsidiary of the Standard Oil Company of New York, New York.

In 1964, the Morania Oil Tanker Corporation renamed the tug as the Morania No. 6

She was later sold, where she was renamed as the Pamela

In 1989, the tug was sold. Where she was renamed as the James D.

In 1994, she was acquired by Richard J. Forster of United Newport Associates of Staten Island, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Fright.

In 2003, the tug went out of documentation. And, she was scrapped, at Witte's scrap yard in Staten Island, New York.
