Built in 2008, by Geo Shipyard Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana (hull #192) as the Orca One for Orca Marine Incorporated of Lafayette, Louisiana.

In 2012, the tug was acquired by Genesis Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Miss Allie.

Powered by two, Cummins QSK 50 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.04:1. Turning two, 84(in) by 75(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 3,200 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 75kW generator sets. The tug's capacities are 41,000 gallons of fuel.
