In 1994, the tug was acquired by Action Marine Incorporated of Luling, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2008, she was acquired undisclosed, Canadian Interests. Where the tug was renamed as the Big Ben.
She was a twin screw tug, rated at 1,000 horsepower.
