Built in 2009, by Intracoastal Iron Works Incorporated of Bourg, Louisiana (hull #135) as the Mannie Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 2009, the tug was acquired by Teppco Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2010, she was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services LLC. of San Antonio, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Mannie.

Powered by two, Cummins QSK38-M diesel engines. With Reintjes reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.9:1. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated 2,400 horsepower.
