PENELOPE H. SETTOON (1971)

Built in 1971, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #260) as the Eugenie Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 1993, the tug was sold. Where she was renamed as the Danielle.

In 1999, she was acquired by Settoon Towing Incorporated of Pierre Part, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Amelia R. Settoon.

In 2004, Settoon Towing Incorporated renamed the tug as the Penelope H. Settoon.

In 2006, Settoon Towing Incorporated renamed the tug as the H. Settoon.

In 2011, the tug was acquired by Verret Shipyard Incorporated of Plaquemine, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Mister P.

Powered by a single, Cummins NTA855 diesel engine. With Twin Disc reduction gear, at a ratio of 3.5:1. Turning a single, stainless steel, fixed pitch propeller. She is a single screw tug, rated at 425 horsepower.
