Built in 1977, by the Blount Marine Corporation of Warren, Rhode Island (hull #209) the El Paso Mariner for El Paso Marine Services Incorporated of Houston, Texas.

In 1999, El Paso Marine Services Incorporated renamed the tug as the Mariner.

In 2001, the tug was acquired the Fire Department of Wilmington, Delaware. Where she was renamed as the Firefighter (Fireboat 7). Where she was converted for use as a firefighting vessel.

In 2011, the fireboat was acquired by Captain Joseph Branin of Atlantic Marine Services Incorporated of Highlands, New Jersey. Where she converted for use as a towing vessel, and was renamed as the Little Toot.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 700 horsepower.
