In 2004, she was acquired by Chris Willis of C.H. Phoenix Incorporated of Green Cove Springs, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2013, the tug was chartered to Henry Marine Incorporated of Staten Island, New York. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2014, she was returned to Chris Willis of C.H. Phoenix Incorporated of Green Cove Springs, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.
She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
