In 2009, the tug was acquired by Gulf Offshore Logistics Incorporated of Cut Off, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Lil' Weasel.

Powered by two, Tier II compliant, John Deere 6081 diesel engines. She is a twin screw lugger tug, rated at 500 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 20kW, generator sets. Driven by two, Detroit Diesel 271 Diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 2,500 gallons of fuel, and 4,500 gallons of water.
