Built in 1973, by the Bollinger Machine Shop of Amelia, Louisiana (hull #84) as the Portilla for the Superior Oil Company of Houston, Texas.

In 1985, the tug was acquired by Brice Incorporated of Fairbanks, Alaska. Where she was renamed as the Harvey B.

In 1993, the tug was acquired by the Silver Bay Logging Company of Juneau, Alaska. Where she was renamed as the Silver Bay V.

In 2003, she was acquired by the Amak Towing Company Incorporated of Ketchikan, Alaska. Where the tug was renamed as the Muzon.

Powered by two, Caterpillar 398 diesel engines. She is a twin screw tug, rated 2,200 horsepower.
