In 1987, Mystic Marine Equipment Partners LLP. renamed the tug as the Charlene B.

In 1987, the tug was leased to the Mid-South Towing Company of Metropolis, Illinois. Where she was renamed as the Amy C.

In 1991, she was acquired by the Mid-South Towing Company of Metropolis, Illinois. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2002, the Mid-South Towing Company became the TECO Barge Line Incorporated Metropolis, Illinois. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2006, TECO Barge Line Incorporated renamed the tug as the Pamela H.

In 2014, she was acquired by the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where the tug was renamed as the Rick Harnack.

Powered by two, Caterpillar 3516 diesel engines. With Falk reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.864:1. Turning two, fixed pitch propellers mounted in kort nozzles. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,800 horsepower.
