Built in 2024, by Eymard Marine Construction & Repair of New Orleans, Louisiana (hull #150) as the Soaring Eagle for Colonial Towing Incorporated of Savannah, Georgia.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar C32 diesel engines. Twin Disc MGX-5321 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.96:1. Turning two, 68(in) by 57(in), four bladed, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,600 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 65kW John Deere 4045 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 18,512 gallons of fuel, 453 gallons of lube oil, and 4,360 gallons of water.

The tug's towing equipment consists of two Patterson 100-ton winches, on the stern
