Built in 1977, by Balehi Marine Incorporated of Lacombe, Louisiana (hull #7) as the Susan Bourg for the RLB Boat Company of Harvey, Louisiana.

In 1988, the tug was returned to Balehi Marine Incorporated of Lacombe, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 1993, she was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Capt. Webster.

In 2010, the tug was acquired by D and L Salvage Incorporated of Abbeville, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Miss Diana.

Powered by two, GM 8V-71 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduciton gears, at a ratio of 4.5:1. Turning two, cast steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is twin screw towboat, rated at 600 horsepower.
