Built in 1981, by the Houma Shipbuilding Company of Houma, Louisiana (hull #72) as the Susie Gambarella for G and B Marine Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 1999, the tug was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Yukon Eagle.

In 2000, she was acquired by R and B Falcon Marine Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2001, the tug was acquired by the Delta Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Delta Cadet.

In 2010, she was acquired by Intercoastal Marine Incorporated of Chesapeake, Virginia. Where she was renamed as the Challenger.

In 2021, the company was acquired by Dale Martin of Lafayette, Louisiana. Intercoastal Marine Incorporated became part of the Intra Marine Group of Lafayette, Louisiana. And is operated as a division of the Intra Marine Group.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA-19 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 7:1. She is twin screw tug, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
