Built in 2011, by Raymond and Associates of Bayou LaBatre (hull #425) as the Mister Jim for the Coastal and Gulf Transportation Company of Kenner, Louisiana.

In 2011, the tug was acquired by Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Diablo.

Named for the horse ridden by actor Duncan Renaldo in “The Cisco Kid,” and other various western films.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA38 M2 diesel engines. With Twin Disc 540 reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. Turning two, 76(in) by 56(in), four bladed, fixed pitch, stainless steel propellers. For a rated 2,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 70kW Cummins generator sets. The tug's capacities are 30,000 gallons of fuel, and 2,500 gallons of water.

The towing equipment consists of two, 40 ton, Electric Patterson, winches mounted on her bow.
