Built in 1980, by the Louis G. Ortis Boat Company of Krotz Springs, Louisiana (hull #91) as the Matador X for the Matador Service Company of St. James, Louisiana.

In 1985, the tug was acquired by the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Cela Cenac.

In 2006, she was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Al Middleton.

In 2012, the tug was acquired by D and S Marine Services of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Sidney Bourg.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA19-M3 diesel engines. With a reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. She is twin screw, square bow, push boat. Rated at 1,000 horsepower.
