Built in 1910, at Whitehall, New York. As the Waterford for the Lake Champlain Transportation Company of Burlington, Vermont.

In 1931, the tug was acquired by the McAllister Brothers Towing Company of New York, New York. Where the tug retained her name.

In 1940, she was reacquired by the Lake Champlain Transportation Company of Burlington, Vermont. Where the tug retained her name.

The tug is no longer in documentation. Her current, and or, final disposition is unknown. She was single screw, rated at 75 horsepower.
