Built in 1961, by Main Iron Works of Houma, Louisiana (hull #105) as the Gulf Miss for Gulf Mississippi Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas.

In 1969, the tug was acquired by the Bisso Marine Company of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the W.A. Bisso.

In 2002, she was acquired by Neighborhood Shipping Incorporated of the British Virgin Islands. Where the tug was renamed as the Debbie R.

In 2010, the tug was beached and abandoned at Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. She was a single screw tug, rated at 2,800 horsepower.
