Built in 1963, by Intercoastal Shipyard Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana as the Braford for Tidewater Marine Services Incorporated New Orleans, Louisiana.

In 1992, the tug was acquired by Murphy's Welding Service Incorporated Abbeville, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Miss May.

In 1996, the tug was acquired by the Gaudet Boat Rentals Company of Morgan City, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Mr. Sid.

In 2002, she was acquired by Patterson Marine Incorporated Morgan City, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2003, the tug is no longer listed in documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown. Re powered in 1982, she was powered by two, GM 8V-71 diesel engines. She was a twin screw tug, rated at 600 horsepower.
