Built in 1982, by Patti Industries Incorporated of Pensacola, Florida (hull #110) as the Antares for Monad Systems Incorporated of Hampton, Virginia.

In 2000, the tug was acquired by the Lanzo Construction Company of Pompano Beach, Florida. Where she retained her name.

In 2000, she was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Linda Ann.

In 2005, the tug was acquired by the G and N Global Company of Doral, Florida. Where she retained her name.

In 2011, she went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown. She was a twin screw tug, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
