Built in 1974, by the Nashville Bridge Company of Nashville, Tennessee (hull #2266) as the Lady Mignon for the Inland Oil and Transport Company of St. Louis, Missouri.

In 1990, the tug was acquired by Midland Enterprises Incorporated of Cincinnati, Ohio. Where she was renamed as the Twin Cities.

In 2003, she was acquired by the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2005, the tug was acquired by Grifco Transportation Limited of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Susannah Griffin.

In 2011, she was acquired by Genesis Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Sekco.

Rebuilt in 2013, she is powered by two, EMD 12-645E7 diesel engines. With Falk reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.48:1. Turning two, 105(in) by 89(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers, with flanking rudders. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 4,200 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 200kW generator sets. Driven by two, Detroit Diesel diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 44,403 gallons of fuel.
