Built in 2002, by Inland Boat Works Incorporated of Bridge City, Texas (hull #185) as the N.E.B. PBI for the N.E. Bridge Contractors Incorporated of Norton, Massachusetts.
In 2002, the tug was acquired by Cianbro Equipment Incorporated of Pittsfield, Maine. Where she was renamed as the Vinal G.
In 2023, she was acquired by McCluskey Marina of Baltimore, Maryland. Where she was renamed as the Ace.
Powered by two, 8.3 liter, Cummins diesel engines. With Twin Disc 509 reduction gears, at a ratio of 3:1. Turning two, 34(in) by 30(in), fixed pitch propellers.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 8kW Kobota generator sets. The tug's capacities are 800 gallons of fuel.
