In 2006, the tug was acquired by Diamond Boats Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Diamond Six.

In 2011, she was acquired by G Marine Incorporated of Lafitte, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Kelby James.

She was a single screw tug, rated at 400 horsepower.
