Built in 1965, by Tibo Shipyard Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana as the Harry McNeal for the John W. Stone Oil Distributors Incorporated of Gretna, Louisiana.

In 2004, the tug was acquired by Greater New York Marine Transportation Incorporated of Syossett, New York. Where she retained her name.

In 2005, she was acquired by Brown Edmonds Associates Incorporated of Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 800 horspower.
