Built in 1964, by Golden Meadow Shipyard Incorporated of Golden Meadow, Louisiana (hull #5) as the Big Harry.
The tug was later acquired by Biblia Incorporated of Savannah, Georgia. Where she was renamed as the Sara Kaitlin.
Powered by two, GM 12V71 diesel engines. With MG–514 reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.5.1. Turning two, 52(in) by 51(in), four bladed, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 900 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 30kW generator sets. Driven by two, 4-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 9,500 gallons of fuel, 100 gallons of lube oil, and 3,000 gallons of water.
