Built in 1973, by Thunderbolt Marine Incorporated of Savannah, Georgia (hull #1) as the Miss Angie.

The tug was later acquired by Biblia Incorporated of Savannah, Georgia. Where she was renamed as the Isaac Castleman.

In 2012, she was acquired by the Marinex Construction Company of Charleston, South Carolina. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2012, the tug was phased out of active service and was "laid up" at Jacksonville, Florida.

She was a twin screw towboat, rated at 600 horsepower.
