The Interlake Steamship Company is a privately held United States flagged fleet operating upon the Great Lakes. The company maintains a fleet of nine modernized and efficient freighters carry close to 20 million tons of bulk, free-flowing cargoes annually including iron ore and flux stone for the steel industry, stone for the construction industry, coal for power generation and salt for de-icing needs on roads and highways.

In 2020, Interlake Maritime Services acquired the Pere Marquette Shipping Company. Which was branded as Interlake Logistics Solutions.

Interlake Logistics Solutions, is a division of Interlake Maritime Services. The company operates the Articulated Tug and Barge (ATB) units, as well as conventional towing units.

The company's assets can transport diverse cargoes that traditional self-unloaders are unable to. Such as large armor stone for break walls, pig iron, scrap, slag, and steel slabs.
