Founded in 1985, Diversifed marine provides drydock services for vessel maintenance, along with equipment for marine construction.

Beginning in 1995, the company branched into vessel construction, beginning with a series of barges and landing craft, then expanding into tugboat contracts for several major West Coast companies.
