Founded in 1998, as a division of Harley Marine Services of Seattle, Washington. Starlight Marine LLC. providing ship assist and tanker escort in the port of Long Beach, California.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington.

In 2021, Centerline Logistics’ harbor ship assist operations in California and the Pacific Northwest was acquired by the Saltchuk Marine Group of Seattle, Washington.

Eight ship assist tugs operated under the Millennium and Starlight brands joined the Saltchuk Marine fleet in early 2021. Saltchuk Marine and Centerline Logistics partnered together during a short transition period to provide continuity while the transaction was completed.
