Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, turbocharged, twelve cylinder, General Electric 12V250MDC8 diesel engines. With Reintjes GMBH WAF 4555 reduction gears, at ratio of 5,091:1. Turning two, four bladed, 130(in), Nibral Nautican, bronze, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in stainless steel kort nozzles. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 8,000 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by three, 150kW, John Deere 6068AFM85 generator sets. The generators are skid mounted on vibration isolators. The tug's capacities are 154,355 gallons of fuel, 1,003 gallons of hydraulic oil, 5,098 gallons of lube oil, 1.500 gallons of generator lube oil, 1,500 gallons of gear oil, 20,077 gallons of water, and 82,157 gallons of ballast.
