Built in 1957 by Gunderson Brothers Engineering of Portland, Oregon (hull #4154) as the Paragon for the Pacific Building Materials Company of Portland, Oregon.

The tug was later acquired by the Glacier Sand and Gravel Company of Seattle, Washington. Where she retained her name.

The tug was later acquired by Harley Marine Services of Portland, Oregon. Where she was renamed as the Lucy Sondland.

In 2010, she was acquired by the Boyer Towing Incorporated of Ketchikan, Alaska. Where the tug was renamed as the Halle H.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 680 horsepower.
