Built in 1952, by the St. Louis Shipbuilding and Steel Company of St. Louis, Missouri (hull #1131) as the La Salle for the Commercial Transport Corporation of Houston, Texas.
In 1974, the tug was acquired by Tennessee Towing Incorporated of Memphis, Tennessee. Where she retained her name.
In 1981, she was acquired by Igert Incorporated of Paducah, Kentucky. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1987, the tug was acquired by Tolen Marine Incorporated of Paducah, Kentucky. Where she was renamed as the Caludia T.
In 1997, she was acquired by the Excell Marine Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio. Where the tug was renamed as the River Wolverine.
In 2005, the Excell Marine Corporation renamed the tug as the Capt. Dick Morton.
In 2007, the tug was acquired by the Marquette Transportation Company of Jefferson, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Blessed Sacrament.
In 2018, she was acquired by the Excell Marine Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio. Where the tug was renamed as the Jacie E.
She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 3,000 horsepower.
