In 1994, the tug was acquired by the Monteiro Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Copsaw.
In 1997, she was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Proud Eagle.
In 2001, the tug was acquired by the Delta Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Delta Buck.
In 2011, the Delta Towing Company was acquired by Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
Powered by two, Caterpillar 3406 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 3.5:1. Turning two, 52(in) by 40(in) by 5(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated 1,200 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 30kW, generator sets. Driven by two, GM 3-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 12,000 gallons of fuel, 55 gallons of lube oil, and 10,000 gallons of water.
The towing equipment consists of two, Parker LR 250 push winches.
