Built in 1981, by Rayco of Slidell Incorporated of Slidell, Louisiana (a subsidiary of Gulf Outlet Marine Incorporated of Slidell, Louisiana)(hull#3) as the Nora Dufrene for Cheramie Marine Incorporated of New Orelans, Louisiana
In 1987, the tug was acquired by Blessey Marine Services Incorporated of Harahan, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Big Bob.
In 2009, Blessey Marine Services Incorporated renamed the tug as the Bob Shea.
In 2016, she was acquired by Ward Towing Incorporated of Deltaville, Virginia. Where the tug was renamed as the Milton W.
She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 850 horsepower.
