Built in 2017, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #460) as the Victorine Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 2019, the Cenac Towing Company was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Delacroix.

Powered by three, Cummins QSK 19 diesel engines. With three, well mounted ZF WM5000 z-drives. The engines are set on the main deck level of the 11-foot molded depth hull, to give the boat an operating draft of ten feet which includes the one- foot plate keel that helps protect the z-drives. She is rated at 3,000 horsepower.
