Built in 1972, American Marine and Machine Company of Nashville, Tennessee (hull #6018) as the Carol.

The tug was later acquired by Viking Tug and Barge Incorporated of Verplanck, New York. Where she was renamed as the Molly Johannsen.

She is no longer listed in documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown.
