Built in 1969, by the Ortis Brothers Boat Company of Krotz Springs, Louisiana (hull #10) as the Terri Lynn for Thibodeaux Marine Services Incorporated of Lafayette, Louisiana.

In 1973, the tug was sold and renamed as the John B.

In 1978, she was sold and renamed as the Paula.

In 1988, the tug was sold and renamed as the Rosedale.

In 2006, she was acquired by River Ventures Incorporated of St. Amant, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Justice.

In 2016, the tug went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown. She was powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. She was a twin screw towboat, rated at 800 horsepower.
