In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2023, the Centerline Logistics Corporation renamed the tug as the Kate Frances.
Powered by two, Tier III Caterpillar C175-16 diesel engines. With Schottel 1515-16 z-drives. Outfitted with 2,600(mm)diameter, stainless steel propellers. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 5,360 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 250kW Caterpillar generator sets. The tug's capacities are 142,850 gallons of fuel, 6,534 gallons of water, 1,137 gallons of lube oil, and 1,263 gallons of hydraulic oil.
The towing gear consists of a Markey, double drum, towing winch. Outfitted with 2,600(ft) of towing wire mounted on her stern. And, a Markey ship assist hawser winch, mounted on her bow.
