Built in 2010, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #429) as the Cameron Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.
In 2011, the tug was acquired by Enterprise Marine Services Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Cameron.
In 2015, the tug was acquired by Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2016, Harley Marine Services added an upper wheelhouse to the tug.
In 2017, Harley Marine Services renamed the tug as the Dr. Milton Waner.
In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.
Powered by two, Tier III, compliant, Cummins KTA-38 M1 diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG 5321 DC reduction gears, at a ratio of 6.39:1. Turning two, four bladed, fixed pitch, 72(in) by 60(in) propellers. She is a triple screw tug, rated at 4,000 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 65kW, Tier III compliant, Northern Lights, M65C3 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 54,834 gallons of fuel, 1,576 gallons of lube oil, and 22,321 gallons of water.
The towing equipment consists of an INTERcon, DW175, air over hydraulic, double drum, waterfall towing winch. Outfitted with 3,000(ft) of 1.75(in) towing wire.
