Built in 1974, by Martin M. Sneed Shipbuilding Incorporated of Orange, Texas as the Creole San.

The tug was later sold. Where she was renamed as the Rene.

She was eventually acquired by Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug was renamed as the Lissy Too.

Named for Alyssa Ann “Lissy” Moore, who was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis as an infant. In1998, she passed away from cystic fibrosis at the age of fifteen. Her family continues to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Harley Marine Services named two vessels named for Alyssa Ann “Lissy” Moore. The Alyssa Ann, and the Lissy Too.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2022, the tug was acquired by WCT Marine and Construction Incorporated of Astoria, Oregon. Where she was renamed as the Papa T.

In 2023, she was phased out of activer service and was "laid up" at Astoria, Oregon.

Powered by two, DET 12v149TI diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG520 reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.49:1. Turning two, 54(in) by 37(in), fixed pitch, stainless steel propellers. For a rated 1,850 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 30kW John Deere 4039 DFM01 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 5,000 gallons of fuel, 225 gallons of water, and 110 gallons of lube oil.

The towing gear consists of two, Nabrico, 40 ton winches, mounted on her stern. And, two Beebe 25 ton winches, mounted on her bow.
