Built in 2020, by Bollinger Marine Fabricators of Amelia, Louisiana (hull #694) as the Aveogan for Crowley Marine Services Incorporated of San Francisco, California.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, GE 8L250MDC diesel engines. With Schottel SRP 560 z-drives. For a rated 6,768 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by three, 99kW, and one 88kW emergency, John Deere generator sets. The tug's capacities are 122,000 gallons of fuel, 11,200 gallons of water, 3,700 gallons of lube oil, 79,400 gallons of ballast water, and 2,800 gallons of firefighting foam.

The tug is equipped with an INTERcon "C" series Model 50 coupler system. With a first-of-its-kind "modified wave" lightering helmet, and barge ladder wave design.

The tug is "married" to the double hulled, 400(ft), by 22(ft), by 85(ft) 100,000 (bbl) barge, the Oliver Leavitt. Named in honor of the former chairman Arctic Slope Regional Corporation's (ASRC) chairman. The barge is outfitted with an azimuthing pump jet bow thruster.
