Built in 2020, by C and C Marine and Repair Company of Belle Chasse, Louisiana (hull #309) as the Paula M. Sperry for Maritime Partners, LLC of Metairie, Louisiana.

Named for the mother of Maritime Partners co-founder and COO Austin Sperry. The tug was designed by Entech Design, based in Kenner, Louisiana.

In 2020, the tug was chartered to the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington.

Powered by two, Tier III compliant, Cummins QSK38-M1 diesel engines. With Reintjes WAF 665 reduction gears. At a ratio of 5.95:1 Turning two, 82(in) by 61(in), four bladed, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat rated at 2,600 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, Cummins QSB7-DM, 98kW generator sets. The tug's capacities are 36,472 gallons of fuel, 6,400 gallons of potable water, 1,100 gallons of lube oil, and 1,100 gallons of gear oil.

The towing equipment consists of two, Patterson, 40 ton, electric winches mounted on the bow.
