In 1985, she was acquired by St. Charles Towing Services of Destrehan, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Laura.
In 1991, the tug was acquired by Gaudet Boat Rentals of Morgan City, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Verna G.
In 1995, she was acquired by the International Towing and Transportation Company of Galliano, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Brody James.
In 1997, the tug was acquired by Hollywood Marine Incorporated of Houston, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Jane Malloy.
In 1999, Hollywood Marine Incorporated was merged into Kirby Inland Marine. Combining the nation's largest and third largest inland tank barge companies. Where the tug was renamed as the Sarah Malloy.
in 2013, the tug was acquired by the Cooper Marine and Timberlands Corporation of Mobile, Alabama. Where she was renamed as the The Delta.
