Built in 1957 by the Nashville Bridge Company at Nashville, Tennessee (hull #1249) as the Iron City for the Iron City Sand and Gravel Corporation of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
In 1961, the tug was acquired by Columbia Marine Service of Ludlow, Kentucky. Where she was renamed as the Charles K.
In 1973, she was acquired by the B and A Marine Company of Butler, Pennsylvania. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1979, the tug sank at New Orleans, Louisiana. She was salvaged nearly a year and a half later and rebuilt.
In 1981, she was acquired by Florida Marine Transporters Inc of Panama City, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1983, the tug was acquired by the Arkansas Valley Dredging Company of Benton, Arkansas. Where she retained her name.
In 2003, Arkansas Valley Dredging Company's President and CEO Isaac "Ike" Carter Jr passed away. The tug was then renamed as the Ike Carter Jr in his honor.
In 2008, the tug was acquired by Alliance Maritime Service Incorporated of Pasadena, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Alliance Warrior.
In 2009, she was acquired by PRC Environmental Incorporated of Pasadena, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Warrior.
In 2011, the tug was renamed as the Victoria.
In 2018, she was acquired by Jay Marine Transport of Irvington, Alabama. Where tug tug retained her name.
In 2019, the tug was acquired by Ponchartrain Parters LLC of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Brock.
Repowered in 1984, the tug is equipped with two CAT D398 diesel engines. With CAT reduction gear at a ratio of 4.2:1. Turning two propellers in Kort Nozzles. For a rated 1,700 horsepower.
