Built in 2021, by Gulf Island Fabrication Incorporated of Jennings, Louisiana (hull #6021) as the George M. for the Bay Houston Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

Along with the Suderman and Young Towing Company of Houston, Texas. The Bay Houston Towing Company is part of a combined operating company, the G and H Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

In 2011, the G and H Towing Company became part of a joint venture between the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut. Serving the Cameron LNG facility near Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3516 E diesel engines. With Schottel SRP-510 FP z-drives. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 6,772 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, John Deere generator sets. The tug's capacities are 42,626 gallons of fuel, 815 gallons of lube oil, 6,699 gallons water, 32,505 gallons of ballast, and 2,134 gallons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF).

Her towing equipment consists of an electric Markey, Auto, Render / Recover winch mounted on the bow.
