In 1968 the tug was acquired by the Olson Ocean Towing Company of San Diego, California, a subsidiary of Oliver J. Olson and Company of San Mateo, California. Where she retained her name.
In 1975, Oliver J. Olson and Company was acquired by the Crown Zellerbach Corporation of San Francisco, California. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1978, she was acquired by the Continental Transport Corporation of Tampa, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1990, the tug was acquired by the Allied Transportation Company of Norfolk, Virginia. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1997, she was acquired by Bisso Towboat Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Michelle S.
In 2013, the tug was acquired by L.R. Maritime Company of Richmond, Virginia. Where she retained her name. However, the tug was transferred to operations in Colombia, South America.
In 2015, she was dropped from domestic documentation. Her current, and, or, final disposition is unknown.
