Powered by three, Tier III compliant, Caterpillar diesel engines. With Reintjes WAF 573 reduction gears. Turning three, fixed pitch propellers. She is a triple screw towboat rated at 2,400 horsepower.

The tug's capacities are 32,000 gallons of fuel, 4,800 gallons of potable water, 11,800 gallons of wash water, 600 gallons of lube oil, and 600 gallons of gear oil.

The towing equipment consists of two, 60 ton Patterson, electric winches mounted on the bow.
