Built in 1981, by Bayou Black Shipyard Incorporated of Gibson, Louisiana (hull #3) as the Bengal Stan for Bengal Marine Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana.

In 1988, the tug was acquired by the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Jock Cenac.

In 2000, the Cenac Towing Company renamed the tug as the E.A. Cenac.

In 2003, she was acquired by Martin Midstream Partnership Incorporated of Vidor, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Martin Navigator.

In 2018, the tug was acquired by Quality Tug Service LLC. of Erath, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the God's Grace.

Powered by two, Cummins KTA19-M3 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.17:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,360 horsepower.
