In 1996, the tug was acquired by the Scott Paper Company of Mobile, Alabama. Where she was renamed as the Magnolia.
In 1996, she was acquired by the Kimberly-Clark Corporation of Mobile, Alabama. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1999, the tug was acquired Cooper Marine and Timberlands Corporation of Mobile, Alabama. Where she retained her name.
In 2003, she was acquired by McKinney Salvage and Heavy Lift Incorporated of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Where the tug was remade as the Brandy McKinney.
In 2007, the tug was acquired by American Commercial Lines of Jeffersonville, Indiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2008, she was acquired by Talen's Marine and Fuel Company of Jennings, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Terry Conner.
Powered by two, GM 8V-92 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.5:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 600 horsepower.
